The Information Point where passengers may obtain information about the airport, flight schedule, customs regulations, and ground handling is located in the centre of the Departure Hall. The Information Point is open every day from 06.00h to 22.00h. The flight information may also be found on large display boards in the Arrival Hall and Departure Halls and a number of public information monitors.

Seven leading car rental companies have their agencies in the landside part of the Arrival Hall. Some travel agencies also offer such service.

The post-office is open between 08.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday and from 08.00 to 14.00 on Saturdays. It is located on the Departure Hall. There are two types of public telephones: cardphones and counter-phones; telephone cards and counters are sold by the post office and "RUCH" bookstalls.
