Great Lakes Airlines is the sole carrier to use Las Vegas McCarran International Airport as a hub for its operations. The Airline is one of the smaller carriers to use the airport, but it offers options to travelers who are interested in flying to some of the region’s smaller airports. The destinations served by Great Lakes Airlines from Las Vegas are Ely Airport in Ely, Nevada, Four Corners Regional Airport in Farmington, New Mexico, Merced Regional Airport in Merced, California, and Visalia Municipal Airport in Visalia, California. All Great Lakes flights depart from Concourse B in Terminal 1.

Southwest Airlines operates more flights from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport than any other carrier. The airline operates using 21 total gates at the airport, most of which are located in Concourse C. The carrier, which uses Concourse D in Terminal 1, provides flights to cities like Atlanta, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Orlando, and Salt Lake City. Passengers can also use the Delta Connection program to fly to Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. Delta Connection flights are operated by SkyWest Airlines.

WestJet is one of the most popular international carriers operating out of Las Vegas. The airline offers flights to a number of Canadian destinations like Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, and Winnipeg. Seasonal destinations include Ottawa and Saskatoon. WestJet operates out of Concourse E in Terminal 3.
